differential diagnosis?



Chest pain on the right side
pressure-like, sometimes squeezing in nature
the onset is sudden
accompanied by racing heartbeat
radiates to shoulders and arms
duration of a few minutes
often caused by emotional exertion
relieved by rest

    MI?!! i bet u hv a right-shifted heart...bttr check ur oth organ as wel..u might b 1 of d rare 1 2 gt situs inversus..lol..

    i oso got such symps..but dun hav radiation....mine guess is...stress-based angina...disposing factors...pre-exam with avoiding kiasu syndrome...
    T(X):heal itself post-exam...
    btw...radiate to shoulder i tot is gall....say say oli...

    haha...both of you ar, say weird weird punya stuff...If I got situs inversus, I don't think I can be so healthy now lo...lol. And it could be due to pre-exam, but I don't feel the stress yet, maybe subconsciously felt it la. Today I got another attack...not a few minutes but more than an hour. Haha...Maybe I'll die soon. (choi~)
